Official Privacy Consent & Data Shielding Policy

This Privacy document describes how FGBMFI-NG VOICE Media (referred to as "FGBMFI-NG VOICE", "the App", or "the Platform"), managed by quempsonline.com, handles, stores, and protects user data. By signing up or using the application, you explicitly consent to the data preservation rules outlined below.

1. Information We Collect

We focus strictly on media playback tracking, playlist organization, and custom-uploaded content indexation. We only collect the following metrics:

Authentication Credentials: Your sign-up e-mail address and uniquely assigned cryptographical identifier (User ID) managed.
Playlist Data: Media files references, sequence mappings, play patterns, and history logs designed to preserve your custom audio-visual configuration across logins.
Usage Analytics & Support logs: Debug info and support tickets submitted through our developer dashboard tools.

2. Data Protection Standards

Your media references are shielded behind secure end-to-end security measures. All communications to our databases utilize HTTPS/TLS cryptographic wrappers.

3. Cloud Databases & Data Sharing

FGBMFI-NG VOICE does not monetize or exchange your stored playback configuration, telemetry logs, or e-mail collections with third-party advertising brokers or content aggregators.

4. Data Deletion Rights (Right to be Forgotten)

Any active user can demand complete removal of their FGBMFI-NG VOICE account and cloud references. To request instant account deletion, you may:

Navigate to our dedicated Account Deletion Portal inside the app, or use the /delete-account link.
Submit a deletion request form, verify your email, and the platform will trigger an automatic purge.
Contact the NOC support desk directly from your registered email requesting deletion.

5. Age Restriction & Protection of Minors

FGBMFI-NG VOICE is strictly restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect, coordinate, or obtain identifiers from anyone under the age of 18. If we identify that an individual under 18 years of age has registered or shared credentials, we automatically execute clean-up processes to wipe those structures and accounts immediately.

6. Service Suspension & Withdrawal Consent

By using FGBMFI-NG VOICE, you explicitly provide your user consent to our withdrawing coordinates of the services of FGBMFI-NG VOICE by deleting your user account and data at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion.

7. Affirmation & Acceptance

By ticking the active agreement box on our onboarding form, you hereby acknowledge and accept this Privacy Shield Agreement including our full right to suspend services and wipe data.
